Keyboard Shortcuts

Studio is built for keyboard-first work. Every shortcut here uses Cmd on Mac and Ctrl on Windows / Linux.

`V`	Switch to the select tool
`H`	Switch to the pan tool
`Space` + drag	Pan the canvas without leaving select mode
`Cmd+U`	Open the upload dialog

Shift + click	Add or remove a node from the current selection
Drag-select	Marquee-select multiple nodes
`Backspace` / `Delete`	Delete the selected node(s)
`Cmd+G`	Group selected nodes
`Cmd+Z`	Undo (50-step history)
`Cmd+Shift+Z`	Redo

Shortcut	Action
`@`	Open the mention picker (brand kits, assets, colors, instructions, canvas nodes)
`Enter`	Send the current chat message
`Shift+Enter`	New line in the chat input
`Escape`	Close the active modal or popup

The keyboard shortcut for capturing from the web lives outside Studio:

`Cmd+Shift+M` (Mac)	Open the Memo capture popup on the current page
`Ctrl+Shift+M` (Windows / Linux)	Same

The extension shortcut is reassignable from chrome://extensions/shortcuts.

H is for “hand” — same convention as Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator. V is select.
Hold space when you want to pan briefly without losing your select tool. Release to go straight back to selecting.
Undo runs 50 deep. You can iterate aggressively without fear of losing earlier work.
