The Community page (in the sidebar, after Brand Kits) is a pool of shots: images and videos people made with Memo and chose to publish. Anyone can browse it, even without an account. Members can publish, like, follow and open a shot in their own Studio.

Publish a shot

  1. Open Community and press Publish, or open your own profile’s Shots tab.
  2. Pick up to twelve of your own generations. Ones already in the pool are marked.
  3. Read the confirmation step. It shows the prompt that will be public and names the project and the brand the generation came from. If it is client work, stop here.
  4. Decide whether to show the prompt and settings publicly. It is on by default: the Community exists so people learn how a result was made. Turn it off only if the prompt names a client.
  5. Confirm that you have the right to publish, then press Publish.
Every account has a profile, so there is nothing to create first. If your profile page is off, publishing turns it on: a shot needs a page to live on. A shot is a copy. Deleting or moving the original generation later does not change the shot; unpublishing the shot removes its public copy.

Browse

The Community home opens with Selected by Memo, shots the team picked, and Creators to follow. Below, the pool sorts by Trending (what people liked, opened in Studio and commented on recently, with older shots sinking) or Newest. Filter by All, Images or Videos, or search a prompt word or a creator’s handle. Hover a tile to see the author and the like count; a video previews on hover. Open a shot to see it large with the author, the prompt (unless the creator kept it private), the model and size, and the actions:
  • Recreate opens the Image tool with the shot’s prompt and model already filled in. You run it with your own credits, and the shot keeps count of how often it was opened.
  • Like, Download, Copy link, Report.
  • Comments: the second tab of the panel. Anyone signed in can comment; the author of a comment or of the shot can delete it, and it then shows as removed.
On a phone the expanded view is a feed: swipe up for the next shot. Every shot has its own address, app.memo.solutions/community/shots/…, which you can share.

Your shots

Your published shots appear in your profile’s Shots section. Open one of them and choose Unpublish to take it down. Likes and views are kept if you publish it again later. If loading more shots fails, the shots already on screen stay available. Choose Try loading more to retry; Memo waits for you instead of repeatedly sending failed requests.

Activity

The Activity bell at the bottom of the sidebar collects what happens to your profile and shots: new followers, likes, comments, people opening your shots in their Studio, and what Memo did with your shots (selected, waiting for a look, in the pool, removed). A crowd is one line: “Inès, Mo and 3 others liked your shot”. Opening the bell marks everything read; See all opens the Activity page with everything, older pages, and Mark all read. A comment line opens the shot on its Comments tab, at that comment. Profile → Notifications (your avatar menu → Profile) has a switch per kind for the bell, and two switches for e-mails that go out at once: someone follows you, someone comments on your shot. At most five such e-mails a day; the rest wait in the app. Memo’s own messages about your shots always show. Once a week, if there was activity you have not seen, Memo also sends a short e-mail summary; turning your profile off stops it.

When a publish waits for a look

Each publish is checked by a model before it goes in the pool. A picture the check flags is not refused: it is held out of the pool until someone at Memo looks at it, usually the same day. You see “Waiting for a look” when you publish, and the Activity bell tells you when it is in the pool or when it was not accepted. Nothing held is ever shown to anyone else.

Who can publish

Reading, liking, commenting, following and publishing are open to every member; your name, username and picture sign what you do, whether or not your profile page is on. Every published picture is checked once by a vision model at publish time; a picture it flags is held for a look (see below) rather than refused.

Reporting

Report on any shot sends one ticket to Memo’s support inbox with your reason. Repeated reports on the same shot land on the same ticket. Memo can remove a shot from the pool; the author keeps the original generation.
