What the beta is
A private beta of Memo, by invitation. The product is in daily use and some edges are still rough. You get a free 30-day window with 30,000 credits. That is roughly 400 images on the default model. Video costs more per clip. Make real work with it, not tests. Your window starts the day your access opens. The end date is shown in the app.Four things to try first
- Save a few references. Install the browser extension and save from any page, or paste a URL into Memo. Ten references are enough to start.
- Set up your Brand Kit. Open Assets → Brand Kits. Scan your website, upload a brand book, or set it up by hand. Logo, colors, type, and a few written rules. See Setting up your brand.
- Open Studio and describe one image. Create a project, @mention your Brand Kit in the chat, and describe one real thing you need this week. Then ask for a variation. See Creating images.
- Tell us what happened. The good, the broken, the confusing. Where it goes is below.
Where feedback goes
- The Getting Started checklist (the Memo mark with the progress ring, bottom right in the app) has a Beta section with both weekly forms. Each opens on its day, inside Memo, and ticks the moment you send it. The Week-1 and Week-2 emails lead to the same place.
- The Feedback button in the app sidebar opens the beta group, this week’s form and support.
- Week 1 (day 7): five minutes on what you made, where Memo helped, where it fought you. Week 2 (day 14): the value and pricing read. Prefer a browser tab? The same forms are at memo.solutions/f/w1-feedback and memo.solutions/f/w2-feedback.
- Something broke: support@memo.solutions. Say what happened and what you expected.
