# Spaces

> Group related inspirations into collections — project mood boards, campaign references, client folders.

Spaces are lightweight folders for grouping related inspirations. They're tag-based — adding an inspiration to a Space tags it with that Space's identifier. This means an inspiration can live in multiple Spaces at once without being duplicated.

## Creating a Space

Create a Space from the **Spaces** tab in your library. Give it a name and start adding items.

You can also right-click any inspiration card and select **Send to Space** to add it directly.

## Adding and removing items

* **Send to Space** — right-click context menu or the action bar in the detail modal
* **Remove from Space** — same context menu when browsing within a Space

Adding an item to a Space doesn't move it out of your main library. Removing it from a Space doesn't delete it — it just unlinks.

## When to use Spaces

Use Spaces for **projects**, not permanent collections:

* "Q3 campaign moodboard"
* "Brand refresh 2026"
* "Client X — winter shoot"
* Style exploration — group by aesthetic direction to compare approaches

## Managing Spaces

From the Spaces tab you can:

* **Browse** within any Space to see its contents
* **Rename** a Space
* **Delete** a Space (removes the grouping, not the inspirations inside)
