# Beta terms

> Draft for founder approval. A short addendum to the Terms of Service for the Memo Professional Beta.

These beta terms are an addendum to the [Terms of Service](/legal/terms-of-service). They apply to anyone using Memo through the Memo Professional Beta. Everything else stays as written in the Terms of Service and the [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy).

## As-is

The beta is provided as-is. Features may change, break, or be removed during the window. We do not promise uptime, results, or that a feature stays the way you found it. Keep a copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

## Beta credits

Beta credits are not money. They have no cash value. They cannot be refunded, transferred, sold, or exchanged, and they do not carry past the access window.

## Access window

Your access window ends on the date shown in the app. On that date your account continues on the Free plan, with the Free plan's credits and limits. Your saved references, Brand Kits, and generations stay in your workspace under the Terms of Service.

## Feedback

We may contact you for feedback during the window, by email or in the beta group. Replying is voluntary.

During the window, the founders may look at what you generate in Memo, from the admin area, to understand how the product is used and to improve it. Every such view is recorded in an audit log. This is looking, not publishing: the section below still applies in full.

## Your name, your work, your words

Nothing you make in Memo, nothing you say about it, and neither your name nor your logo is published, quoted, or featured without your separate written approval. Approval is given per piece and per place, through the proof-approval form at [memo.solutions/f/proof-approval](https://memo.solutions/f/proof-approval), and covers only what it names.

## Everything else

The [Terms of Service](/legal/terms-of-service) and [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy) otherwise apply in full. Where these beta terms and the Terms of Service differ, these beta terms apply for the beta only.
